The 2011 URG Christmas Party is happening December 3rd, from 7-10pm, at the 'Mansion of Bachelors' in Layton.

I was pleased to discover this evening that Road Rally is returning to Utah in 2011! Targa Tooele is a two day event, including a GTA (Game-Tour-Adventure) and TSD (Time-Speed-Distance) rally, as well as a concourse.

Sorry about the radio silence around here as of late - your trusty webmaster has fallen asleep on the job!
Not to worry, though! The board is hard at work trying to put together more RallyX events for the rest of the season, and in the meantime, we've got a BBQ! Everybody's welcome, even if you've never raced with us before. Full details are on the Calendar. Hope to see you there!

Unfortunately, the May 1-2 RallyX at Crystal Hot Springs has been canceled. The event should be rescheduled in the not too distant future.
In the meantime, our friends up in Boise are putting on their first RallyCross! Details are here - please consider taking a little road trip, and supporting RallyCross in the area!

Unfortunately, due to a change in ownership of the Jordan River OHV Park, the Utah Region SCCA is unable to run the previously scheduled April 10 RallyCross.

The 2010 RallyCross calendar has been posted - check it out here!
As you can see, we're in need of a venue for our October event, so let us know if you have any ideas. The more venues we have, the more events we can have!

Details on the 2009 Championship event have been posted in the calendar. In short - Miller Motorsports Park, November 7 - be there.
Also, this event will be kicking off our winter series of RallyX events. The winter series will have 3-4 events at the miller site. The next event will be in January. Hope to see you there!

We'll be having a general meeting this Saturday to review 2009 and plan for 2010.

I've finally gotten around to updating our media page - a few new videos, and a bevy of pictures from the fantastic URSCCA RallyX event in August at Crystal Hot Springs - two full days of racing, along with camping and swimming!
